Fidele Ntumba

Senior Associate

Fidele Ntumba is a Senior Associate at Multiplier Capital, where he is responsible for deal diligence, execution, and structuring.

Fidele brings several years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and consulting. Prior to joining Multiplier in 2025, he supported deal diligence, execution, and fund formation at a startup private equity platform. Previously, he served as an Associate at ICV Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Miami, Florida, with over $1.5 billion in historical assets under management. At ICV, he focused on deal diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company management.

Earlier in his career, Fidele was an Investment Banker in the Technology and Services group at Raymond James, where he executed M&A and financing deals across the financial technology, business services, and software sectors. He began his career in PwC’s Deals practice, providing valuation and financial modeling support to Fortune 500 companies and private equity sponsors.

Fidele received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
