Ash Vaidya is a Managing Director at Multiplier with a focus on investing in mission critical business-to-business focused tech companies.
Ash has worked in the tech industry for the past 27 years. He has 17 years of direct experience investing in technology businesses. Prior to joining Multiplier, he co-founded Sanctum Capital, an investment firm focused on making debt and equity investments in mid-to-late stage tech companies. Prior to Sanctum, Ash served as a senior member of the investment teams at Wellington Financial, Hercules Capital, and TriplePoint Capital. Prior to his career in venture lending, Ash was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Prior to JPM, he co-founded a successful SaaS company that built one of the first scalable, multi-tenant eLearning platforms.
Ash received a BA in Computer Science and Economics and an MBA from Cornell University where he was the recipient of the Fried Fellowship. He is currently serving a four-year term on the Cornell University Council, serves on the Advisory Council of the Entrepreneurship@Cornell Program, and is on the Board of Directors of Cornell NorCal.
